HOUSE BILL 334

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "CHANGING SALARY EQUITY REQUIREMENTS;".

     2. On page 7, line 8, remove the brackets and line-through, and before "UNIFORM", insert a dash.

     3. On page 7, lines 10 through 13, remove the bracket and line-through.

     4. On page 7, line 13, after "through", insert "4-44-6 NMSA 1978,".

     5. On page 7, line 15, strike the subsection designation "A.", strike "The", and insert in lieu thereof "the".

     6. On page 7, strike lines 21 through 25.

     7. On page 8, strike lines 1 and 2 and strike line 3 through the period.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
