AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE "WE THE PEOPLE, THE CITIZEN AND THE CONSTITUTION" PROGRAM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to implement and support the "We the People, the Citizen and the Constitution" program at the university of New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
