has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 4, strike "tenth" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteenth".

     2. On page 3, line 6, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

     3. On page 3, line 25, before "summative", insert "department-approved".
