HOUSE BILL 267

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 18, strike "five" and insert in lieu thereof "two and one-half".

     2. On page 3, line 20, strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof "five".

     3. On page 4, line 7, after "utility", insert ", or that the cost of energy efficiency and load management exceeds the customer impact limit established in Subsection A of Section 62-17-6 NMSA 1978".

     4. On page 4, line 25, strike "one" and insert in lieu thereof "three".

     5. On page 5, line 1, after "bill", insert "for the recovery of the utility's prudent and reasonable costs",

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
