AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SOUTHWEST INDIAN LAW CLINIC AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO SCHOOL OF LAW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred three thousand nine hundred dollars ($203,900) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to fund the southwest Indian law clinic at the university of New Mexico school of law. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
