    1. On page 1, line 25, after the period, insert "Coverage for health care services provided through telemedicine shall be determined in a manner consistent with coverage for health care services provided through in-person consultation.".

    2. On page 4, line 11, after the period, insert "Coverage for health care services provided through telemedicine shall be determined in a manner consistent with coverage for health care services provided through in-person consultation.".

    3. On page 6, line 21, after the period, insert "Coverage for health care services provided through telemedicine shall be determined in a manner consistent with coverage for health care services provided through in-person consultation.".

    4. On page 9, line 6, after the period, insert "Coverage for health care services provided through telemedicine shall be determined in a manner consistent with coverage for health care services provided through in-person consultation.".

    5. On page 11, line 13, after the period, insert "Coverage for health care services provided through telemedicine shall be determined in a manner consistent with coverage for health care services provided through in-person consultation.".
