has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "; PROVIDING NO TIME LIMITATION FOR PROSECUTING A FIRST DEGREE FELONY OR SECOND DEGREE MURDER".

    2. On page 3, line 3, strike the comma and remove the brackets and line through "or".

    3. On page 3, line 4, strike "or murder in the second degree".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
