SENATE BILL 287
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, strike line 15 through the semicolon.
2. On page 13, line 12, after "agent", insert "or a central purchasing office".
3. On page 13, line 13, after "(1)", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 14.
4. On page 13, line 15, after the first instance of "information", insert "described in Subsection E of this section".
5. On page 13, line 24, strike "state purchasing agent" and insert in lieu thereof "awarding central purchasing office within a state agency".
6. On page 14, line 1, strike "post" and insert in lieu thereof "provide".
7. On page 14, lines 2 and 3, strike "on the state agency web site and provide the information".
8. On pages 14 and 15, strike Section 6 in its entirety.
9. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
10. On page 16, line 1, after "process", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 2 through 4 up to the period.
