SENATE BILL 282

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 5, after "of", strike the remainder of the line, on line 6, strike "department" and insert in lieu thereof "ten dollars ($10.00) per tasting event".

    2. On page 2, line 7, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 8 and 9 in their entirety and on line 10, strike "dollars ($100).".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
