SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 1 to SENATE FLOOR SUBSTITUTE FOR

                                        SENATE BILL 275

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR RYAN

     1. On page 1, line 14, after the word "BELONGINGS" insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

     2. On page 2, strike Section 2 in its entirety and insert a new Section 2 as follows:

     "SECTION 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".
