AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO COMPLETE THE TASK FORCE ON WORK-LIFE BALANCE'S WORK PURSUANT TO HOUSE MEMORIAL 1 OF THE FIRST SESSION OF THE FIFTIETH LEGISLATURE, INCLUDING OUTREACH TO SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 for the bureau of business and economic research to complete the task force on work-life balance's work pursuant to House Memorial 1 of the first session of the fiftieth legislature, including outreach to small business owners. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
