SENATE BILL 238

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT" and insert in lieu thereof "ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS".

    2. On page 1, line 13, before the period, insert "IN THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT".

    3. On page 1, line 18, strike "thirteenth judicial district court" and insert in lieu thereof "administrative office of the courts".

    4. On page 1, line 20, before the period, insert "in the thirteenth judicial district court".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
