AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR A DRIVER AND NECESSARY MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONAL EXPENSES FOR A VETERANS' SERVICES VAN IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--

          A. The following amounts are appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 for the following purposes:

                (1) thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for a driver for a veterans' services van in San Miguel county; and

                (2) twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for necessary maintenance and operational expenses for a veterans' services van in San Miguel county.

          B. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
