AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FEASIBILITY AND MARKET STUDY FOR A NATIONAL NAVAJO CODE TALKERS MUSEUM AND VETERANS CENTER.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 to conduct a feasibility and market study regarding visitors and traffic at a national Navajo code talkers museum and veterans center located in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
