SENATE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 6, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    2. On page 5, line 6, after "math", insert ", as provided in this section".

    3. On page 5, line 15, after "and", insert "each student in fourth grade through eighth grade shall be evaluated with".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
