has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 13, lines 1 and 2, strike ", without the need for a further public hearing".

    2. On page 18, strike lines 21 and 22 and strike line 23 through "plan" and insert in lieu thereof "as provided in Section 11 of the Transportation Reinvestment Zone Act".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
