     1. On page 4, line 24, strike "or employee" and insert in lieu thereof:

", hearing examiner, division director of the utilities division, general counsel or attorney employee".

     2. On page 5, lines 13 and 14, strike "or employee" and insert in lieu thereof ", hearing examiner, division director of the utilities division, general counsel or attorney employee".
