    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 274

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, strike all of line 7 and strike line 8 up to the second occurrence of "and" and insert in lieu thereof "money received by the manufactured housing division pursuant to the federal-state cooperative agreement with the department of housing and urban development, including grants, appropriations and distributions; ten dollars ($10.00) of each manufactured home installation fee; fees for conducting the federal inspections and monitoring of manufactured housing plants;".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
