AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AN INTERCHANGE PROJECT AT ALLISON ROAD AND INTERSTATE 40 IN GALLUP.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five million dollars ($5,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of transportation for expenditure in fiscal years 2013 and 2014 to continue phase two of planning, design and construction for the interchange project at Allison road and interstate 40 in Gallup. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
