AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER TO PROVIDE DENTAL SERVICES FOR ELDERLY, DISABLED OR LOW-INCOME DENTAL PATIENTS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 for the university of New Mexico health sciences center to provide dental services to elderly, disabled or low-income dental patients. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
