has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 15, strike the second occurrence of "any" and insert in lieu thereof "a".

     2. On page 2, line 16, after "agency", insert "or local government agency".

     3. On page 5, line 13, after "officer", insert "of a state agency".

     4. On page 5, line 15, after the period, insert "The restriction in this subsection shall not apply to a public officer of a local government agency.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
