    Your LABOR AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 106

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 17, strike "hours" and insert in lieu thereof "shifts; provided, however, that:

          (a) the agreement shall be in writing, signed by the employees involved in the agreement and include a requirement that an employee that trades a scheduled work shift shall be responsible for working the shift so agreed to as part of the employee's regular work schedule; and

          (b) an employee shall not trade scheduled work shifts more than thirty times in a calendar quarter".
