has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 14, after "place", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 15 in its entirety and strike line 16 up to the semicolon.

     2. On page 6, line 21, after the first instance of "surveying", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 22 in its entirety and strike line 23 up to the semicolon.

    3. On page 10, line 5, after "has", insert "at least one of the following".

     4. On page 10, line 25, after "has", insert "at least one of the following".

    5. On page 26, line 24, strike "31" and insert in lieu thereof "1".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
