    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 102

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, after "REQUIRING", insert "VALUE SETS ON PROPERTY FOR THE PREVIOUS AND CURRENT YEARS' VALUATIONS; REQUIRING THE PREVIOUS YEAR'S PROPERTY TAX LEVY AND THE CURRENT YEAR'S".

     2. On page 1, line 25, after "the", insert "previous year's amount of property tax levy and the current year's".

     3. On page 2, line 16, before the semicolon, insert "for the previous and current years' valuations".

     4. On page 2, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(7) with respect to residential property, the previous year's amount of property tax levy;".

     5. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     6. On page 2, line 19, after "the", insert "current year's".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
