HOUSE BILL 35

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 10, after "meeting", insert "and posted on the public body's web site if one is maintained".

    2. On page 6, line 18, strike "is made" and on line 20, after "source", insert "is discussed".,

and thence referred to the HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
