SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE RULES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILLS 17 and 64, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator Steven P. Neville

    1. On page 13, line 7, strike "July 1, 2011" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2013".

    2. On page 13, line 10, strike "July 1, 2011" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2013".

    3. On page 13, after line 25, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 8. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of Sections 1, 2 and 7 of this act is January 1, 2013.".

    4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
