has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 2, lines 5 and 6, strike "based on miles traveled".

 

     2. On page 2, line 7, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 8 and 9 and strike line 10 through the period.
