has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 19, strike "TO MUNICIPALITY AND COUNTY ASSESSOR".

     2. On page 2, line 1, after "notified", insert "in writing".

     3. On page 2, line 3, after the period, insert "The notice shall include the amount, the purpose and the time period of the proposed industrial revenue bonds.".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
