HOUSE BILL 538

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE LABOR AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 538

DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 19, after the period strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 20 through 22 and strike line 23 through the period.

    2. On page 4, line 20, after the period strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 21 through 23 and strike line 24 through the period.

     3. On page 6, strike line 25 in its entirety.

     4. On page 7, strike all of lines 1 through 3 and strike line 4 through the period.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
