HOUSE BILL 522

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 23, after the period, insert "This section does not apply to that portion of service-connected disability payments or benefits that are subject to child and spousal support enforcement.".

     2. On page 2, line 4, after the period, insert "This subsection does not apply to that portion of service-connected disability payments or benefits that are subject to child and spousal support enforcement.",

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
