    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 487

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 10, after the period, insert "Upon approval of an applicant for a permit, the director shall forward to the taxation and revenue department the name of each permittee and the contact information for the permittee."

     2. On page 3, strike lines 9 and 10 in their entirety and insert the following:

                "(3) monthly, by the twenty-fifth day of each month following the month in which the permittee was".

     3. On page 3, line 11, strike “pay to the taxation and”, and strike lines 12 and l3 in their entirety.

     4. On page 3, line 14, strike “month after the permittee” and insert in lieu thereof “and”.

     5. On page 3, line 16, after the second occurrence of “the” insert “liquor excise tax and the”, and after “due;” insert “and”.

     6. On page 3, strike lines 17 through 21 in their entirety.

     7. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

     8. On page 4, line 11, strike "Subsection E" and insert in lieu thereof "Subsections E and F".

     9. On page 4, line 21, strike "and E", and insert in lieu thereof "through F".
