has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows: 

     1. On page 2, line 16, strike "New Mexico future farmers of America association" and insert in lieu thereof "board of regents of New Mexico state university for the New Mexico state future farmers of America office and for future farmers of America youth programs in the state".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
