has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 14 through the semicolon.

     2. On page 6, line 10, remove the brackets and line-through and strike "$20.00".

     3. On page 8, line 12, remove the brackets and line-through and after "court", insert a comma.
