has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 5 and 6, strike "in accordance with the Criminal Offender Employment Act" and insert in lieu thereof "pursuant to Sections 28-2-3 through 28-2-5 NMSA 1978".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
