    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 367, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

      1. Strike House Health and Government Affairs Committee Amendment 3.

     2. On page 3, line 6, after "D" insert "or G".

     3. On page 4, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following subsection:

          "G. The provisions of Subsections C, D, E and F of this section do not apply to any board, commission, administrative adjudicatory body or other policymaking body of a:

                (1) municipality with a population, as shown by the most recent federal decennial census, of less than fifteen thousand;

                (2) a county other than a class A county; or

                (3) a political subdivision of the state other than a county or municipality.".

     4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     5. On page 6, line 10, strike "seven consecutive" and insert in lieu thereof "three".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
