HOUSE BILL 347

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

    1. On page 2, line 9, after “and”, insert “if the child is detained in a non-secure setting, the child”.

 

    2. On page 2, line 9, strike “continuous” and insert in lieu thereof “regular”.
