HOUSE BILL 330

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 7, line 4, before the period, insert "; provided that, with each subsequent conviction after the seventh conviction, one year of imprisonment shall be added to the sentence provided in this subsection and to the portion of the sentence that is not to be suspended, deferred or taken under advisement".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
