    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 306

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 11, line 11, strike "2010" and insert in lieu thereof "2011".

     2. On page 11, line 12, after the semicolon, insert "provided that the property tax levy for operational purposes on the excluded land for that tax year shall not exceed fifty cents ($.50) for each one thousand dollars ($1,000) of net taxable value;".

     3. On page 11, line 19, strike "2011" and insert in lieu thereof "2012".
