has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 13, strike “2015” and insert in lieu thereof, “2016”.

    2. On page 8, line 12, after “repealed” insert “effective January 1, 2017”.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
