has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, after "2015", insert "AND LIMITING THE CREDIT".

     2. On page 2, line 4, before "withholding", insert "fifty percent of" and after "taxes", insert "paid on behalf of employees and owners with no more than five percent ownership that are".
