     1. On page 1, line 19, strike "2017" and insert in lieu thereof "2013".

     2. On page 1, line 21, strike "2018" and insert in lieu thereof "2014".

     3. On page 1, line 22, strike "2018" and insert in lieu thereof "2014".,

and thence referred to the HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
