    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 188

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

     2. On page 1, line 19, strike "One" and insert in lieu thereof "At least one".

     3. On page 1, line 21, after "and", insert "at least one of", strike "other" and strike "two".

     4. On page 1, line 22, strike "their" and insert in lieu thereof "the judge's", remove the brackets and line through "office" and strike "offices".

     5. On page 2, lines 6 through 13, strike Section 3 in its entirety and renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
