has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 7, after the period, insert "Corporal punishment shall be prohibited by each local school board and each governing body of a charter school.",

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
