    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 167

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 12 through 15 in their entirety and strike line 16 through "CODES;".

     2. On pages 1 through 4, strike Sections 1 and 2 in their entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
