    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 147, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike all house consumer and public affairs committee

amendments.

     2. On page 1, line 12, strike "SEVEN DAYS" and insert in lieu thereof "SEVENTY-TWO HOURS".

     3. On page 4, line 10, strike "seven days" and insert in lieu thereof "seventy-two hours".
