HOUSE BILL 143, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Agriculture and Water Resources Committee Amendment 1.

     2. On page 3, line 25, strike "Taos" and insert in lieu thereof "San Miguel".

     3. On page 6, between lines 16 and 17, insert:

         “50. to Acequia del Rincon, in Santa Fe county, for upgrade and cleanup.”
