has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, after "CERTAIN", insert "NONREFUNDABLE".

     2. On page 3, line 10, after the period, insert "Payments made by a retired member pursuant to this subsection shall not be refunded.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
