    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 47

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, before the period, insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

     2. On page 6, line 3, strike "2012" and insert in lieu thereof "2011".

     3. On page 6, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following section:

     "SECTION 3. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately."

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
