HOUSE BILL 32, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 20, before the semicolon, insert "or traffic crash reconstruction conducted by an individual licensed under the Private Investigations Act".

    2. On page 7, line 25, after "surveying", insert a period and ""Surveying work" does not include traffic crash reconstruction conducted by an individual licensed under the Private Investigations Act".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
