has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 9,line 4, after “board”, insert “and shall be placed on file with the secretary of state and the state commission of public records”.

    2. On page 9, line 5, strike “upon request”.

    3. On page 23, line 21, strike “in” and insert in lieu thereof, “toward”, and after “of” insert “required.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
